Prologue 01:58
As the mutliverses began to form amongst the astral mush and life began to grow, into one space was born 7 primordial beings; powerful but lost. They found each other and through that they discovered their gifted natures and built their identities. -- Arakith, the most powerful and influential of the seven, was appointed the king of these "godlike" beings. Through his veins coursed the magic capable of creating planes of existence and filling them with life. Like an arcane artist he built Ascenthius; the home of the gods, imaged after a dream; thus bestowing the title of the "Dreamweaver" upon him.

Inception 05:09
Inception - Merithius (spoken) "On the second day of the first age of Ascenthius a great cry could be heard from within the home of the gods. On that day, the King of the Gods, and their most loyal friend and ally pondered on the fate of the Planewalker…" What should i do? Should I risk it? Will it end his suffering? A world, evolving endlessly. Built throughout the magic of my dream. An adventure, revolving endlessly. Built to cure the darkness of his dreams. How big should it be? What shape should i mould it? What colors will i choose and where will they go? Which side of our world will it look best from? What will the forests smell like? What will the mountains feel like? What will the oceans sound like? What will the stars shine like? What should I call it? What should I call it? Merithius.

Invocation 05:02
Watch me hold the light, Watch me weave your dream, Right before your eyes. A gift from me. -- Stone on top of stone. Paradise begins to form. Look through wispy veil. Follow the lark horizon. -- Planar peaks, begin to climb. Watch the arcane artist glide. Breathe the air and paint the sky. Shape the hills and the mountains high. Horizons, Gently birth a light. That fills the air. (A breath inside of me.) Weaving magic, From my veins. To forge this fragile Entity alive. -- Stone on top of stone, Merithius takes form. take this gift and watch it grow, from the core. -- Stone on top of stone. Paradise begins to form. Look through wispy veil. Follow the lark horizon. -- Walk this plane and bring it life and give it hope to occupy this little dream in- side of me. i pray that you accept this gift of mine. Let the magic fly! A gift from me A gift from me

Parallax from - Merithius ---- Here he is... What is that thing Coming down from the sky What does this mean What to say or where to hide world wide hysteria grips our cities and our people are you our messiah Or the phantom of the steeple Who do you think you are? -- Regress back into the safety Of our homes Regress Back into the darkness Of our fears Regress Right back to the start Where we came from Regress Right back to the truth of our fear -- Are you the proof Of the gods in the sky? Should we worship you Or are you a lie? Are you the proof Of the gods in the sky? Should we worship you Or are you a lie? -- Eyū Jaodas Hinyé! Eyū Jaodas Hinyé!

All New Era 04:56
I can hear a voice Coming from the depths Past the ethereal veil Begging for deliverance I can hear the roar Thousands upon thousands of Failing lights Dimming lives Get ready for this story Open up your mind to me A new book full of legends Turn to the next page child -- This is the end of the tale Let's move on to the next This is the start of a world Where I was welcomed a guest But what is that voice? What is that voice Howling deep through the Ethereal winds?

about

Merithius Boston, Massachusetts

The Boston-based Fantasy Metal group, giving "Prog" a new color. Our music tells the story of Merithius and its peoples.

Our music is heavy at times and ambient at others; with Trombone, Keyboards and mad vocal harmonies, be sure to expect variety and complexity in our music made through strange conflicts and unlikely resolutions in the story

However, always be ready to throw down!
